Exchange before or after the pilgrimage

Pilgrim Stems

Stamm groups are places of encounter and exchange.
They are organized by members of our association and are open to all interested individuals.

There are currently fourteen distributed throughout Switzerland:
five in French-speaking Switzerland, seven in German-speaking Switzerland, and one in Ticino (see below for the addresses of the meeting points as well as the contact details of the
local group coordinators).

You will meet friendly people who will welcome you and offer advice if you have any questions about your upcoming
pilgrimage on the beautiful Way of St. James.

When you return from your pilgrimage, you will find attentive listeners at the group who are happy to share in your experiences
or help you find your way back into everyday life should you encounter any difficulties.

The groups also organize various activities, such as lectures, hikes, etc. You can find the necessary information on the
Agenda page.

Last but not least, you can benefit from the experiences of other
pilgrims in the form of photos or videos, which in turn enable a lively exchange!

Each evening focuses on a specific theme, e.g., "general information on equipment, costs, duration, time required, stages, etc.", "As a young woman alone on the trail?", "How do I use GPS on the Camino de Santiago?", "My own pilgrim diary.", etc.

It is ensured that a competent person is present each time.
