Message from the Presidents of jakobsweg.ch and Friends of the Camino de Santiago
Dear members, dear friends of the Camino de Santiago
On this page you will find information about our two general meetings this year,
namely:
1. The ordinary general meeting for the business year 2025 of jakobsweg.ch
at the same time
2. The ordinary general meeting of Friends of the Camino de Santiago for the business year 2025
3. The constituent general meeting of the new association Jakobsweg Schweiz – Compostelle Suisse, which will complete the merger
of the two associations.
This merger, the principle of which was adopted in Zurich and Fribourg, has been carefully prepared.
It makes perfect sense, because a single Swiss structure serving pilgrims on the way to Santiago makes us more visible and credible, and we will be better able to meet the challenges affecting all association structures.
Therefore, we are confident that you too will warmly welcome this merger.
We are ready!
Below you will find the agenda items. The promised formal and informative documents are available on our website. This way, you can express yourselves with full knowledge of the facts. In addition, the members of both boards are happy to answer your questions.
You are and remain always welcome. I therefore strongly encourage you to come to Schaffhausen for this weekend, which continues the tradition of a diverse two-day event.
Would you like to take an active role in our association? We would be happy to inform you about the various tasks and positions to be filled.
